The company was founded in 2013 as Private Company. Early success came with the introduction of a range of mono-rope equipment that seeks to eliminate finger amputations that were commonplace at the time. The company plans to venture into the production of Aggregates through the crushing of rocks, which after further processing, can be supplied in various sizes for the coating of bitumen to subsequently produce bituminous macadam (BitMac) or Asphalt. The company will operate within the Greater Tubatse Municipality as well as surrounding regions of Limpopo and Mpumalanga.
