What was your overall impression of JTB’s service delivery?
I was very impressed at the professional manner in which JTB conducts their business. They have over delivered when it came to the deadlines, and in some cases ahead of time at my request, which is a welcome change from dealing with most other businesses.
What was your impression of the Business Plan Consultant that assisted you?
Thommie was very professional and he took the time and made the effort to understand my business. I also appreciated his quick feedback to some of my queries.
How did you find the standard of service delivery and quality of the documentation?
The standard of service was excellent. The quality of the documentation was good.
Did we manage to understand your business model?
Yes. I think that the initial questionnaire is quite in depth, and I must admit that there were some items on the questionnaire that I had not considered before as a business owner, and it gave me a new perspective, to thank you for that!
Did we meet your expectations?
In some areas my expectations were exceeded. I thought that the overall business plan was more in depth than I expected. I was impressed with the Marketing Plan, which I gave very little detail on in the questionnaire.
What was your impression of the additional information/market research we included in your document?
I did not expect such an in depth industry analysis of the Furniture market and Property Market, which was great to see. The information was an eye opener as we think we know the actual state of an industry, until an analysis is done. Thank you for your efforts with this. Very insightful.
Would you recommend JTB to anyone else?
Yes, I have already passed on JTB’s details to 2 other small business owners already.
